A thanksgiving prayer said by a mom is so important to God, it is like the smell of sweet fragrance before his throne of love.
Prayer to thank God for everything he gives us as a Family.
I thank you, eternal God,
for being our heavenly Father
who takes care of this family,
you provide the daily food,
our clothes and all the resources.
Thank you, dear God,
You're asking us not to worry
of what we will eat or drink
because you will take care of us
just like you take care of the birds.
Lord, as you dress
the flowers of the field
you teach us that you will provide
for our clothes because of your great love,
you ask us to keep the faith
and work honestly.
Thank you, Lord, for your provision,
we lack nothing because you are
our good Shepherd,
you give us rest,
you provide us with peace even before
those who want our evil,
you give us your love and you heal
all our diseases.
Thank God for protecting us
every day and every night
of dangers we see
and even the ones we don't know about.
Thank you, Lord, for our work
for the skills you give us,
thank you for the intelligence to study
and to resolve situations,
thank you for guiding us on our way.
Thank you, God, for helping us
in our daily lives,
for carrying our loads
and for helping us to get
every good thing we need,
above all thank you for your tremendous love
because we know it's eternal,
nothing can separate us
of your great love. Amen.
