Lord I pray that you protect my children
when they go to school, while in it
and on the way back home,
Take care so no harm won’t be coming to them,
Be a shield around them,
may your precious blood be covering them
and may they feel safe because you are with them.
I ask you to give my children self-control
to say "No" to anyone who wants
compromise their integrity
in their school, university or wherever they are,
deliver them from bad influences
and friends who are not good for them.
I also ask you to give my children
contentment and good desire to go to school,
to be of good courage in carrying out their homeworks,
May there not be any conflict when studying
and when they perform activities but
may they have the responsibility and enthusiasm
to do well all their projects,
to do everything for your glory and
for the sake of their own lives. Amen.
